Shipping Information

Our goods are shipped from within Australia using the best possible couriers for your location.   All our deliveries are fully insured meaning peace of mind for your orders.

We use various courier services such as E-Parcel (Australia Post), Australian Air Express, Couriers Please, Fastway and Startrack Express.  For efficient service, the courier company will be chosen based on your location & the goods that you have ordered.  Priority shipping is also available for urgent orders at a small extra cost.  Oversized and additional parcels/boxes may incur a small fee depending on the receiver’s location, but you will always be notified in these cases prior to proceeding with your order.   All shipping charges can be previewed on the checkout page or on the product details page prior to the order being placed.

Combine Shipping with super competitive price

We offer very competitive shipping price Australia Wide to save you money.  Our system allows you to combine multiple products into the one shipment saving you total freight cost.   We don’t charge you more freight for ordering more items and have it shipped from multiple location.   The more items you have in your cart the cheaper the shipping cost per item!    The total charges are calculated based on the volume weight of the product(s) ordered and your location.

What is the shipping cost?

You can check the estimated shipping cost in the Product Detail section of the product.   Simply select the “Calculate Freight” Tab and enter your destination for the cost of shipping the product.   You can also get the total freight cost for the whole order at the Checkout page prior to entering any payment information.  We have a wide selection of Couriers that we use, and the best shipping cost is calculated for you automatically.  We combine shipping cost which means that the more you order the more you are saving on freight for each individual item.

Tracking Your Orders

Order tracking are normally available on the website within 24 hours of dispatch.   Please log in and visit My Order Status for the online tracking information.    If for some reason the tracking details are not available online, you can contact support@techcart.com.au for more information.

Delivery Options

Standard Delivery Service: Your goods will be shipped using normal courier service. Delivery time varies between 2 to 5 working days for most metro areas. WA, NT & regional areas may require additional service time. In the rare instance when goods are lost, Insurance cover is available but is subjected to carrier’s processing time.   The processing time varies depending on the courier and usually takes around 14 days to process. Standard shipping orders are dispatched once per day.

Priority shipping & Insurance:

Express shipping with immediate insurance cover when goods are confirmed lost. The delivery time is around 1 to 3 days for most metro areas. WA, NT & regional areas may require additional service time. Priority shipping orders are dispatched up to 3 times daily and in stock orders are dispatched either same day or next working day.

Our warehouse working days are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) shipping to Australian addresses only.  Please be aware that orders placed prior to the listed cut-off times are still subject to credit clearance and stock availability. When requested, additional shipping information and tracking numbers can be provided for all orders.

If for some reason you do not receive your purchase within the delivery timeframe, please email support@techcart.com.au with your order number.  We will follow up on your enquiry immediately. Signature on delivery is required so it is important to be at the nominated address to receive the goods. In the event that you are not present, a notification card will be left at the address so that you can arrange a re-delivery or collect from a local depot.

All items should be inspected upon delivery and any damaged box should always be signed as damaged in transit.  By signing for the goods indicates that you have received the shipment in good condition and no future insurance claim will be possible.
